She's coached and trained thousands of women to lead with more clarity and confidence and make impact in the rooms where decisions are made. She is the founder of the Clarity & Confidence® Women's Leadership Program, a nationwide, online leadership development program for women leaders. She earned her MBA and has served as Adjunct Management Faculty at the University of Nebraska – Omaha.
She completed intensive coach certification by Harvard Ph.D., Martha Beck (aka Oprah’s life coach) and the Center for Executive Coaching. She is also certified in Reality-Based Leadership, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the Enneagram.
